Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase made through the online store within 14 days without giving any reason.

To notify us of your intention to return an order, please contact us by email at info@dental24.shop. After notifying us of the withdrawal, the goods must be returned within 14 days.

The customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, unless we have agreed otherwise or applicable law provides otherwise.

Certain products in sealed packaging cannot be returned after the packaging has been opened for reasons of health protection or hygiene, where the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies.

Refunds for returned goods will be made in accordance with applicable law and our Terms of Sale and Use.
