By placing an order through the online store, the customer confirms that they have read and understood these terms.

2. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the product descriptions, images, prices, availability and other information presented in the dental24.shop online store are accurate and up to date.

Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product due to screen settings, colour settings, product packaging or changes made by the manufacturer.

Before using a product, the customer must familiarise themselves with the manufacturer's instructions for use, warnings and other relevant product information.

Products must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and for their intended purpose.

3. Prices

All prices displayed in the online store are in euros and include VAT where required by law.

The product price and delivery cost are displayed to the customer before the order is confirmed.

If there is an obvious technical or human error in the price of a product displayed in the online store, we reserve the right to correct the incorrect price. In such a case, we will inform the customer before fulfilling the order, and the customer may decide whether to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel the order.

4. Placing an Order and Conclusion of the Contract

To place an order, the customer selects the desired products, adds them to the shopping cart, enters the required information, selects the delivery and payment method, and confirms the order.

By confirming the order using a button indicating a payment obligation, the customer confirms that the order entails an obligation to pay.

After the order has been placed, we will send the customer an order confirmation by email.

The sales contract is deemed to have been concluded upon confirmation of the order, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

If it is not possible to deliver the ordered product, we will inform the customer as soon as possible and refund any amount already paid for the relevant product.

5. Payment

We use Montonio payment services for processing payments.

The payment methods currently available are displayed during the checkout process.

The order must be paid for before the goods are dispatched, unless otherwise expressly agreed with the customer.

6. Delivery

Orders are delivered using the delivery methods available during the checkout process.

We use, among others, the following delivery methods:

- Omniva parcel lockers and courier;

- SmartPosti parcel lockers and courier;

- DPD parcel lockers and courier;

- Venipak parcel lockers and courier.

The available delivery methods, delivery locations and delivery costs are displayed during checkout.

Products marked "In stock" are generally available for dispatch. Products marked "On order" are procured after the order is placed and have an estimated delivery time of up to 2 weeks, unless a different delivery time is stated on the product page.

We make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the stated delivery time. If we are unable to fulfil an order within this period, we will inform the customer and provide an updated estimated delivery time.

7. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

In the case of a purchase of goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send us an unambiguous withdrawal statement by email to: info@dental24.shop

After notifying us of the withdrawal, the goods must be returned no later than within 14 days.

Return Costs

If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, the customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless we have agreed to bear such costs or otherwise required by law. This information must be clearly communicated to the customer before the purchase.

Refund

Upon withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from the customer, including the cost of standard delivery paid by the customer.

We are not required to reimburse any additional cost resulting from the customer's choice of a more expensive delivery method.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until the customer has provided evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

The refund will generally be made using the same payment method that the customer used for the original purchase, unless the customer has agreed to a different payment method.

8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where the law provides for an exception to the right of withdrawal.

For dental24.shop, this may be relevant in particular to sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene after the packaging has been opened.

For such products, the consumer does not have the right of withdrawal after opening the packaging if the conditions of the statutory exception are met. Depending on the nature of the product, this exception may apply, for example, to certain oral care and hygiene products.

Simply opening the packaging does not automatically result in the loss of the right of withdrawal. The exception applies only if the specific product falls within an exception provided by law.

9. Handling of Goods and Diminished Value

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer may handle the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

If the customer uses or handles the product beyond what is necessary to establish its characteristics and functioning, and this results in a reduction in the value of the product, the customer may be liable for the diminished value to the extent provided by law.

10. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If a purchased product is defective or does not conform to the terms of the sales contract, the customer has the rights provided by law.

Where possible, please describe the problem and, if necessary, include photographs or other information that may help us assess the issue.

The customer's statutory rights in relation to defective or non-conforming goods are not restricted by these terms.

In the case of defective goods, consumers have the right to submit a claim to the seller within the period provided by law; the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA) states that consumers generally have a two-year right to submit a claim in relation to non-conformity of goods.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable law.

If the customer is not satisfied with our solution, they have the right to contact the competent consumer protection authority or consumer dispute resolution body.

In Estonia, these include the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA) and the Consumer Disputes Committee.

12. Customer Account

Customers may create a user account in the dental24.shop online store.

When using a customer account, the customer is responsible for keeping their account login details confidential. If the customer suspects that their account has been accessed without authorization, they must inform us as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to suspend or close a customer account where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including misuse of the online store or violation of these terms.

13. Use of the Website

The customer agrees to use the dental24.shop website lawfully and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation of the website or compromise its security.

The following activities are prohibited, among others:

- using the website for illegal purposes;

- attempting to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems;

- disrupting the operation or security of the website;

- knowingly providing false information when placing an order;

- using the website in a manner that may cause harm to the website, its users or the seller.

14. Intellectual Property

All texts, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks, product descriptions and other content published on the dental24.shop website are protected by applicable intellectual property rights, unless otherwise stated.

The content of the website may not be copied, distributed or otherwise used for commercial purposes without our prior consent or the consent of the relevant rights holder.

15. Liability

We are responsible for fulfilling our contractual obligations in accordance with the laws applicable in the Republic of Estonia.

These terms do not restrict or exclude any statutory rights of consumers.

We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfil an obligation where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as interruptions to delivery, payment, communication or other essential services provided by third parties.

16. Applicable Law

These Terms of Sale and Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

Where the customer is a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable to the customer shall also apply.

Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights of the consumer.

17. Changes to the Terms

We may amend these Terms of Sale and Use from time to time if our services, website functionality or applicable legislation changes.

The version of the terms that was in force at the time the order was placed shall apply to that order, unless otherwise required by law.
